After clicking [start] - [All programs], if [DVD-RAM] is not displayed, install the DVD-
RAM driver according to the following procedure. 

A

Log-on to Windows with the administrator authority.

B

Set the Product Recovery DVD-ROM in the DVD MULTI drive.

C

Click [start] - [Run] and input [d:\ramdrvr\setup.exe]

using the writing software.  (DVD-RAM driver is required.  This driver has been installed in
