4.15.3 Adjustment Procedure

1. Input an SMPTE color bar signal.
2. Set the monitor to the FACTORY mode, then select PICTURE REF from the menu, and then
adjust BRIGHT on the PICTURE REF menu to set the black level to the point that the B
portion just starts to go down.
3. Input a monoscope pattern signal.
4. Set the BRIGHT control to the maximum and check that the digital voltmeter reads 14.3 V±0.8
V.
5. Return the BRIGHT control to the original position (click position).
