This LCD/LED TV panel is comprised of up to 6 million cells which
are called pixels. It is not uncommon, in fact quite usual, for a few
pixels to be bright and/or dark in the manufacture of this panel. In
l i n e w i t h w o r l d w i d e c o m m o n p r a c t i c e i n d u s t r y s t a n d a r d s , i t i s
deemed normal and acceptable for some pixels to be dead. This
means that they may either be dark dead pixels [shown as black
dot on panel] or can be bright dead pixels [shown as white dots on
panel]. Panels with up to 6 dead pixels, dark and/or bright, that
appear within a 12 month period, comply with normal industry
standard and Palsonic Corporation Pty Ltd reserves the right not
to repair or exchange the unit and offer no refund for this occurrence.
