SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Basic safety precautions must always be taken whenever using electric products, including the ones listed below: 

-  Read all the instructions before operating.

-  Make sure the operating voltage corresponds to the indicated one.

-  To avoid electric discharges, do not submerge the power cord, plug or motor base in water or other liquids.

-  Supervise with caution if this product is being used by children or children are standing nearby during use.

-  Unplug when not in use and before cleaning. Do not disassemble unless necessary.

-  If the power cord is damaged, it must be substituted by the manufacturer, an authorised service centre or a 

qualified technician in order to prevent hazards.

-  Do not use accessories that have not been supplied by the manufacturerº.

-  Domestic use only.

-  Do not let the power cord hang from the table or counter border, or let it come in contact with hot surfaces.

-  Do not place the appliance on or near a gas or electric cooker, or a hot oven.

-  To unplug, turn the switch to “OFF” and then pull the electric plug from the wall socket.

-  Do not insert metallic objects or large chunks of food in the appliance, since they may produce a fire or electric 

discharge hazard.

-  Do not place the appliance near or in contact with flammable objects such as curtains or tapestry when 

in use.

-  Do not clean the appliance with a metallic scourer. Small pieces may fall into the electric pieces, which could 

produce an electric discharge hazard.

-  Do not store anything inside the unit other than the accessories recommended by the maker when not in use.

-  Do not place any of the following inside the unit: paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.

-  This product is not meant to be used by children or other people without assistance or supervision if their 

physical, sensorial or mental state limits their capacity to operate the appliance safely. Children must be 

supervised to ensure that they do not play with this product.

THIS PRODUCT IS FOR DOMESTIC USE ONLY!

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

-  Clean all pieces thoroughly before using for the first time.

-  Plug the unit into an electric socket.

GLASS JAR ASSEMBLY

-  Place the glass jar on the motor base (3) and slowly turn clockwise to fit into the base (4). Fill the jar with the 

desired foodstuff. Make sure the water level does not go beyond 1500 ml. DO NOT USE THE UNIT WHEN 

EMPTY.

-  Place the lid on the topmost part of the jar and press down. Insert the measuring cap and turn counter clockwise 

until it fits.

OPERATION

-  Put the food inside the glass jar.

-  Place the lid on the glass jar and close tight. Put the measuring cap on the opening in the lid and turn counter 

clockwise until it fits.

-  Select the speed.

-  Do not operate the motor for more than 60 seconds at a time. If necessary, use for 60 seconds and wait another 

60 seconds to prevent overheating and damaging the motor.

-  This unit has a security system that blocks operation if the jar is not fitted correctly on the main motor.

-  Turbo, Blend and Ice crushing functions are available; just press one of the buttons. The button will turn on the 

machine in the corresponding mode.

-  Please leave the machine to rest for 2 minutes after operation.

-  Overfilling the blender may block it. Turn off the unit and leave unplugged. Take some of the food out and try 

plugging it in again.
