Using To Do List menus
To Do List menus are shown here for your reference, and To Do List features that

Options menu
Show Priorities
Shows the priority setting for each item.
Show Categories
Shows the category for each item.
Send Item
Opens a dialog box where you can choose how you want to
send the selected item to another device. This command
appears only after you install the e-mail or SMS application
from the Software Essentials CD-ROM, and the options
available depend on the software installed on your handheld.
