To select text:
You can select text in
messages, web pages, memos, and so
on. See the text selection gestures on
the back of the Gesture Guide attached
to this guide. Open the application menu
to use Cut, Copy, and Paste.
To enter uppercase letters:
Press
Shift
and the letter key. To turn on
Caps Lock
, press
Shift
twice.
To enter numbers and symbols that
appear at the top of the keys:
Press
Option
and the key for the character.
To turn on
Option Lock
, press
Option
twice.
To enter symbols like currency
symbols and accented characters:
Press
Sym
to open the symbols
table, scroll to the character you want,
and tap to select.
How do I save the info I entered?
Info is saved automatically. Make the
back gesture, and your information is
saved automatically. If you see a Done
button, tap it to save and move on. If you
throw the card off the screen to close an
app, new info is always saved
automatically.
