Maintenance and Spare Parts

Clean and sanitize the internal and external surfaces of the tote regularly using a suitable cleaning agent
as specified for your establishment. If using a mechanical system, temperatures should not exceed 60° C.
Avoid using abrasives. Totes should not be autoclaved.

Hinges and latches do NOT need to be, and should not be lubricated.

Apart from spare Port Brackets supplied in packs of 5 (part number LGRPFBP200L or LGRPFBP500L),
no other parts are user replaceable.

TIP:

When removing the front access door of the Allegro 500L tote, the door can be temporarily clipped

to the side of the tote.

TIP:

During storage and whenever the tote is being moved on a trolley, the outlet port tubing and any 

attached components can be stored in the port tunnel directly underneath the base of the tote.

Warranty

Pall warrants that Allegro plastic totes manufactured by Pall, when properly stored and installed, and 
operated as per the specifications and design conditions stated in Pall datasheet USD 2815, will be free
from defects in material and workmanship during their shelf life. 

The warranty on these products is two years of continuous use in accordance to the service instructions.
In case of damage or defects each tote has been designed to be completely traceable with a unique
batch identifier on the bottom panel of the tote. 

Pall liability under any warranty is limited solely to replacing, or issuing credit for the Allegro hardware that
may become defective during the Warranty Period.
