OTES FOR THE DISPOSAL OF WASTE
BATTERIES
The following note is intended for those who
use batteries or products with built-in
batteries and are no longer reselling them in
their form (end-users).
9.1 Free withdrawal of used batteries
Batteries must not be disposed of via
household waste. You are legally obligated
to return old batteries, so that a proper
disposal can be ensured. You can dispose of
old batteries at a local collection point or in
the trade on the spot. As a distributor of
batteries, we are also obligated for the
withdrawal of old batteries, whereby our
obligation only restricts to the type of waste
batteries which we have led or managed as
new batteries in our assortment. Old
batteries of the type mentioned above can
therefore be returned to us by paying for a
postage or delivered directly to our dispatch
