Trouble Shooting
PROBLEM 6: LABEL WILL NOT STICK ON THE PRODUCT
A. LABEL COMES OUT TOO LATE
Slowly adjust the object sensor forward to dispensing plate until label is coming out on time.
B. LABEL DOES NOT COME OUT SMOOTHLY
Check whether the PU rubber (with a lock) in the label applicator is locked or not. If not,
please kindly lock it. If labels still come out not smoothly
When locked, check with the PU rubber whether lock tightly by turning the PU rubber. If not,
kindly loosen the screw in the lock of the PU rubber and adjust backward slowly until it was
tight enough when you lock it again.
C. STEPPING MOTOR
Check whether stepping motor was running with noise. If so, please check the connecting wire,
belt and other spare part to see if they are damaged.
Kindly replace new stepping motor if defective.
D. PRODUCT & LABEL
Check whether product surface is too wet or slippery or label has no gum.
PROBLEM 7: WRINKLES OR BUBBLE OCCUR WHEN LABELED
A. LABEL COMES OUT TOO EARLY
1. Kindly move object sensor backward to appropriate position to test labeling. If label still comes
out too early, move object sensor backward again until label comes out on appropriate time.
2. Could set the labeling delay in LABELING SET.
B. THE POSITION OF LABEL IS NOT ACCURATE
1. Check whether the front of dispensing plate is slanting.
2. The label sensor is in an unusual condition. Please inspect the label sensor (control box) or
replace new one.
3. The space between two labels is not even
C. BOTTLE CONDITION
1. Surface of product is not even
D .ROLLER PRESSURE PLATE
1. Roller pressure is too tight
PROBLEM 8: CONVEYOR DOES NOT WORK
A. WILL NOT RESPOND ON TOUCH SCREEN
1. Please re-start the machine.
B. CONVEYOR MOTOR
2. Gearwheel belt took off or wire damaged.
