INSPECTION OF VACUUM ASSEMBLY CONTINUED
3. Check the vacuum hose and the squeegee hose connections.
4. Check the cleanliness and the tightness of the squeegee hose on the tank outlet.
5. Make sure the drain hose and plug are securely attached.
SQUEEGEE ADJUSTMENT
1. First loosen the height adjusting knobs.
2. The rear squeegee blade’s inclination can be adjusted in its’ center section by turning the adjuster knob. This
adjustment is provided in order to obtain even bending across the whole blade.
3. The distance from the floor to the squeegee is adjusted by changing the height of the wheels using two knobs.
Turn clockwise to lift the squeegee and counterclockwise to lower it. The blade should be uniformly tilted
backwards along its’whole length. Its’ angle should be around 30
°
to 45
°
.
4. Check the lifting height, if necessary adjust the tie rod/adjuster, then tighten the nuts.
BRUSH ADJUSTMENT
1. With the brush base down, adjust the traction springs of the motor to the length of 86 to 90 mm (3.4 to 3.5
inches) from the inside of the screw to the end of the spring.
