Manufacturer’s warranty
Pacific Ventilation warrants that all goods manufactured or supplied will be free of defects in workmanship and materials
for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice to the customer, provided that the goods are installed according to the
requirements of AS/NZS3000:2007 Australian / New Zealand wiring rules and the installation instructions described herein.
Pacific Ventilation accepts no responsibility for costs involved in the removal or replacement of defective parts.
Pacific Ventilation may require the return of goods at the claimants expense to establish the validity of the claim.

Note:
with the purpose of performing warranty servicing you please produce User Manual or other relevant substituting
document and the payment document as an evidence of the purchase with indication of the sale date.
The product model shall comply with that one specified in the User Manual or other relevant substituting document.
The warranty repair does not include:
routine technical maintenance
unit installation/dismantling
unit setup
To benefit from warranty repair, the user must provide the unit, the user’s manual with the purchase date stamp, and
the payment paperwork certifying the purchase. The unit model must comply with the one stated in the user’s manual.
