Place the chair base (B) upside down on a smooth flat surface.

Step 1 :
From under the U-bar (2) of the chair base (B) attach seat and back (A) to the chair base (B)
with washer plates (E), washers (D), spring washers (F) and bolts (C) from below U-bar (1)
of the seat and back (A), and with washers (E), spring washers (D), spring washers (F) and
nuts (G) from above U-bar (1). You may need to loosen pre-installed bolts on U-bar (2) if
chair base (B) cannot properly aligned to seat and back (A). Fully tighten all bolts(C) and
nuts (G) when all bolts are in location. Cover all bolts with bolt covers (I), and cover all nuts
with nut caps (J). This also applies to pre-installed bolts and nuts.
