Place the seat and back (C) upside down on a flat smooth surface.
□
Align the U-bar (D) of the chair base to the
rocking plate (a) of
U-bar (c) of the seat.
Align the rocking plate (d) of the U-bar (D) to the U-bar (c) of the seat.
If holes on U-bars (D,C) and rocking plates (a,b) cannot line up, please loosen pre
-
installed bolts and nuts a little and retry.
□
Clamp the U-bar (D) and rocking plate (a) with washer plates (NN).
□
Clamp the U-bar (c) and rocking plate (b) with washer plates (NN).
Make sure bolts can enter holes on all washer plates.
□
Secure the washer plate (NN), the U-bar (D) and the rocking plate (a) with bolts (HH) from below the washer plate, and also with
washers
(II), lock washers (JJ) and bolts (KK) from above the rocking plate using wrenches (PP).
□
Secure the washer plate (NN), the U-bar (c) and the rocking plate (b) with bolts (HH) from below the washer plate, and also with
washers
(II), lock washers (JJ) and bolts (KK) from above the rocking plate using wrenches (PP).
□
Fully tighten all the bolts and nuts once all of them are in place.
□
Cover all the bolts (BB) with bolt caps (FF).
Cover all the bolts (GG/HH) with bolt caps (LL).
Cover all the nuts

with nut caps

Place the armrest (

) on its side on a flat, smooth surface.
□
Attach U-bar (D) to the armrest with lock washers (JJ), washers (II) and
bolts (GG) using wrench (PP).
□
Attach the cross bar (E) to the armrest with washers (EE) and bolts (BB) using hex wrench (OO).
□
Repeat this for the other armrest (
A
).
Fully tighten all the bolts (GG) and bolts (BB).
