Exclusions – Garden Houses
Paci fi c Casual LLC (Paci fi c Casual) warrants, to the original retail purchaser only, our products to be free
from defects in materials or workmanship for the period spec ifi ed above. Defec ti ve products must be
returned or shipped prepaid with proof of purchase to the Pac ific Casual warehouse in California (freight
collect will be refused). Prior to returning any Paci fi c Casual product or parts for warranty inspec ti on,
the original retail purchaser must obtain wr itt en auth orization from a Pac ifi c Casual customer service
represen tati ve at the phone number listed below or by wr itin g to the Paci fi c Casual customer service
department listed below.
Afte r inspec ti on, if it is veri fi ed the unit was def ecti ve in materials or workmanship during the warranty
period then Paci fi c Casual will, at its op ti on, repair or replace this product at no addi ti onal charge. If the
model is no longer available or cannot be repaired e ff e ctively, P acific Casual reserves the right to
subs ti tute items of our choice similar in style and quality. In no event shall Paci fi c Casual's responsibility
exceed the value of the replacement product.
This warranty excludes the following: general frame ru sting; acts of nature (i.e. wind, rain, fi re or freeze) ;
damage caused by improper assembly, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence and commercial
use
; discolor ati on or fading of the finish or fabric as a result of exposure to the elements.
As some states do not allow exclusions or limita ti ons on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and
limita ti ons may not apply. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
