Take particular note of the following
•
Never use the electrical hoist at very low or very high temperatures – the
recommended working temperature range for the equipment is 0–40° C.
•
If you must raise a very heavy item, it is important that the wire is tightened slightly
before you start to hoist the item.
•
Never use the stop fitting as an automatic stop function. Your electric hoist is equipped
with overload protection, which will trip if the motor overheats. The overload
protection will automatically reset once the motor has cooled down. If you experience
that the overload protection trips, then you must reduce the weight of the item that
you are hoisting.
•
Always check that the wire is correctly wound on the reel before you start to hoist the
item – the wire must appears as shown in the illustration on the right:
•
Completely uncoil the cable to the control panel, so that the control panel is at a good
distance from the item that is to be hoisted.
•
Always coil the cable to the control panel when the electric hoist is not in use.
