NB: Ensure the correct water supply installation.
To ensure a line remains frost free for 200 m at - 20°C, the pipe must have 20 mm
insulation.
Remember also the unit’s water supply.
Starting up
As soon as the unit is switched on, the circulation pump operates and the thermostat
controls the heating element.
Always ensure that there is water in the unit.
Warning!
If you start up the unit without water, the heating element will overheat and
breakdown in a few seconds!
Use during the summer
When the unit has been switched off for a longer period of time, it should be switched
on approximately once a month to ensure it does not seize.
To avoid condensation on the electrical parts of the frost free unit, remove the plastic
screws to the thermostat and the thermal cut-out to create venting.
