Fitting
The winch weighs 40 kg and must be fitted to a point on the vehicle that is strong
enough to hold the winch and withstand the winch’s drawing power. Depending on
where you fit the winch, it may be necessary to have a special fitting made. See the
drawing below for the fitting dimensions:
Connection
1. Attach the short red cable from the relay box to
bolt B on the motor.
2. Attach the short black cable with the yellow cap to
bolt C.
3. Attach the short black cable with the black cap to
bolt D.
4. Attach the thin black lead to bolt A.
Lastly, connect the winch to the vehicle’s
battery.
5. Attach the long black cable from bolt A to
the negative terminal on the battery.
6. Attach the long red cable from the relay box
to the positive terminal on the battery,
