Your Flexible shaft is now ready for use.
Please note that the RTG-921K Ozito Rotary Tool
Flexible Shaft does not fit the RTP-163.
The OZACRTGF001 is only operational with the RTG-
921K Ozito Rotary Tool Kit.
It is recommended that you never bend your flexible
shaft and smaller than 125mm (5") in diameter. (Fig.2)
Bending your flexible shaft any tighter than 125mm
(5") will cause the inner shaft to bind causing
additional load on your tool.
Addition load could cause your tool to over heat and
your motor to fail or burn out.
Motor burn out caused by this action will not be
covered under warranty.
Maintenance
1. Store the machine, instruction manual and where necessary, the accessories in
the original packaging. In this way you will always have all the information and
parts ready to hand.
Cleaning
•
Keep the ventilation vents of the tool clean at all times, if possible, prevent
foreign matter from entering the vents.
•
After each use, blow air through the tool housing to ensure it is free from all
dust particles which may build up. Build up of dust particles may cause the
tool to overheat and fail.
•
If the enclosure of the tool requires cleaning do not use solvents but a moist
soft cloth only. Never let any liquid get inside the tool; never immerse any part
of the tool into a liquid.
CAUTION:
Do not use cleaning agents to clean the plastic parts of the tool. A
mild detergent on a damp cloth is recommended. Water must never come into
contact with the tool.
Repairs
1. Only an authorised Electrician or Power Tool repairer should replace the
cordset or effect other repairs. If the cordset is damaged or worn, have it
repaired or replaced by an authorised Electrician or Power Tool repairer.
2. When the brushes are worn, the tool may not work. Have new brushes fitted
by an authorised Electrician or Power Tool repairer.
