OPERATION
NOTE:
DO NOT CUT HEDGES WHEN WET. (THE BEST RESULTS
ARE ACHIEVED WHEN DRY.)
1 Using one hand depress
and hold the safety switch
on the front handle.
For user safety the safety switch and on/off switch must be
operated simultaneously.
2 To turn on squeeze the on/
off switch.
2 Maintain proper footing and balance. Do not overreach.
3 Once either the safety switch or on/off switch is released the
hedge trimmer will stop.

to start the trimmer.
1. Ensure the extension cord
is behind the trimmer and
away from operation.
5 A slight downward tilt will achieve the best results.
4 Use wide sweeping motions, feeding the blade teeth through
the twigs.
6 For trimming sides, begin
at the bottom and sweep
up.

This hedge trimmer is fitted with a rotating rear handle. It can
be rotated counter clockwise 45° and 90° and clockwise 45°
and 90°

Note:
The Hedge Trimmer is fitted with a motor brake which
will stop the cutting blade within 0.5 seconds as soon as either
switch is released. There may be a small flash visible in the area
of the lower motor ventilation slots. This is normal and will not
damage the machine.
Note:
The handle has 5 positions, 45° and 90º to the left, 0°
in the centre and 45° and 90º to the right. The rotating handle
button will lock at any of these positions
