OPERATION (cont.)

Trigger Flow Control

The flow rate of the glue is dependent on how much pressure is applied to the trigger
flow control (5).

1. Squeeze the trigger flow control (5) to release the glue

(Fig. 4). Press surfaces to be glued together within 15
seconds for a strong bond.

Tip:

Ensure the glue sticks are heated fully to allow an

even flow of glue.

2. To stop the flow of glue from the gun, release the

trigger flow control (6).

3. Disconnect the glue gun or the charging stand (6) from the mains power outlet to

stop heating glue gun. The LED indicator light (3) will go off when power has been
switched off.

Caution:

The protective nozzle (1) will remain hot for a few minutes. Do not store the

glue gun directly after use. Allow the nozzle to cool and the glue to solidify.

Fold Out Stand

The glue gun can be used upright, giving you extra stability when dealing with finer
applications.

1. Fold out the metal stand (7) and rest the glue gun

upright on a flat surface (Fig. 5).

WARNING!

The glue gun nozzle and heated glue become hot while in use.

In the event of accidental skin contact with the hot glue run under cold water
immediately. This glue gun must be placed on it’s stand when not in use.

If the housing of the glue gun requires cleaning do not use solvents but a moist
soft cloth only. Never immerse any part of the glue gun into liquid.

Note:

Ozito Industries will not be responsible for any damage or injuries caused by the

repair of the glue gun by an unauthorised person or by mishandling of the glue gun.
