CUT SAW OPERATION (cont.)
!!
Fully insert the new blade into tool-less blade clamp
(1) and release the tool-free blade clamp lever (12).
(See Fig. 5). Take care that the hole in the end of the
blade is inserted into the tool-less blade clamp (1).
Generally the teeth of the blade should face towards
the bottom of the cut saw, but the blade can be
reversed in the tool-less blade clamp (1) so the teeth
face upwards if the application requires it.
Check if the blade is correctly fitted by pulling on the
blade to see if it can be removed (See Fig. 6). If it
cannot be extracted from the tool-less blade clamp (1),
the blade has been inserted correctly.
WARNING!
If the blade is not properly
secured it may be ejected unexpectedly
during operation. This could potentially
cause serious personal injury or injury to
others. Always ensure the blade is secured
properly before beginning operation.
Caution!
Blades are sharp. Use gloves to avoid accidentally cutting yourself.
Blade removal
Depress the tool-less blade clamp lever (12) as far as it
will go towards the direction of the tool body and
remove the blade. (See Fig. 7). Release the tool-less
blade clamp lever (12).
Turning the tool on
To turn the tool on, slide down the lock off button (4)
then depressing the ON/OFF trigger switch (3) (See
Fig. 8).
The tool CAN NOT be locked in the ON position for
your safety.
