TROUBLESHOOTING

MAINTENANCE

If the air caulking gun fails to work effectively, perform the 

following checks:

•  Check the air inlet is free of any dirt or blockages.

•  Ensure the gun is lubricated properly.

•  Check that the pressure on the air compressor is within its 

||

working range. If not, let the compressor rest to 

||

re-pressurise / refer to the compressor instruction manual. 

Note: This tool has a rated pressure of 43psi (3Bar). Ensure your compressor is set no higher than 43psi (3Bar).

•  If the enclosure of the gun requires cleaning, do not use 

solvents but a moist soft cloth only. Never let any liquid get inside 

the gun; never immerse any part of the gun into a liquid.
•  Store the tool in a dry and safe place out of reach of children.
•  

Oil the air caulking gun after each use. 

CONNECTING TO COMPRESSOR

OPERATION

LOADING THE CAULKING GUN 

3.  Screw the male nitto fitting 

clockwise into the female end 

of the air inlet.

4.  Pull back the sleeve on hose 

fitting, insert male end & release 

sleeve on hose fitting.

1. Remove black plastic cap 

from the air inlet.

2.  Wrap the threaded male 

end of an air fitting with 

thread seal tape in a clockwise 

direction.

2.  Press the on/off trigger to start 

and smoothly move the nozzle 

across the gap. 

1. Hold the nozzle up against the gap 

you wish to seal.

2.  Insert the caulking cartridge and 

screw the nozzle onto the cartridge.

1.  Unscrew the front cap

3.  To stop caulking release the 

on/off trigger and press the release 

valve.

Note: Disconnect the tool from the air supply before fitting or removing attachments.

3. Screw the front cap onto the gun 

and cut the end off the nozzle at 

the desired caulking diameter.
