Installing the Batteries:
Slide the battery lid outwards to access the battery compartment.
Insert the 2 AA included batteries
according to the polarity
indicators found at the top of the inside wall of the battery
compartment. The battery closest to the curved side of the handle
should have its PLUS (+) side facing upwards. The battery closest to
the straight side of the handle should have its MINUS (-) side facing
up. Slide the battery lid back into place to complete
the battery installation. Note: replace batteries
simultaneously. Do not mix old and new
batteries.

Operating the Milk Frother:
Before using the milk frother for the first time, clean shaft and attachments as
described at the beginning of this manual.
Read the section entitled Changing the
Milk Frother Attachments before attempting to change any attachments.
1.
Fill your cup or glass with milk of your choosing to about 1/3. For hot drinks,
ensure the milk is heated to approx 140° F (60° C), but do not allow to boil as
this reduces the
milk’s
ability to froth.
2.
Lower the milk frother spiral close to the bottom of the cup or glass. Note: do
not touch the bottom as this can cause damage to the milk frother and/or your
container.

Turn on the milk frother by pressing down on the power button located at the
top of the milk frother. The frother will emit a click sound and activate at its
slower speed. Press the power button a 2
nd
time to activate the high speed
setting. Press the power button a 3
rd
time to turn off.
4.
Move the frother slowly for approx 10-25 seconds to whisk the milk with air. As
the milks begins to froth, raise the milk frother a little but ensure it remains
under the froth.
5.
Turn the milk frother off before removing it from the cup, glass or container.
