Before first use, apply vegetable oil to the surface of the skillet and pre-heat slowly
(start on a low temperature and slowly increase the temperature).
Once the skillet has been pre-heated it is ready for use.
After use, clean the skillet with a stiff nylon brush and hot water. Do not use soap
or detergents as this will damage the non-stick coating. This product is not
dishwasher safe.
Towel dry immediately after cleaning and apply a light coating of oil while the
stone is still warm. Do not let the skillet air dry as this may cause rusting. Store the
skillet in a cool, dry place.
Remember that the handle will become very hot during use. Always use oven
gloves to prevent burns while moving or handling the skillet.
