Powersaving modes
Onyx uses the following powersaving modes:
•
Proximity : If you’re using Onyx but move it away from your face
temporarily, the display dims and operation pauses. Bringing Onyx
back to your face automatically turns it back on.
•
Sleep mode : If you place Onyx on a flat surface for more than one
minute, it will enter Sleep mode.

The Left LED will pulse green for five minutes then go out.

You can wake Onyx up simply by picking it up and placing on
your face again.

If you pick Onyx up while it is in Sleep mode, the Left LED turns
solid blue for a short time then goes out.

Auto switchoff : If left in Sleep mode for more than five minutes,
Onyx automatically switches off.
Note: If you are not going to use Onyx for more than 30 minutes we
recommend that you switch it off completely. See page 22.
If Onyx has switched off:
Press and release to switch Onyx back on.
