1. Switch off your Fan-coil system
Before you started, please switch off your Fan-coil system. Adjust the
temperature in your old thermostat to double check the system is off.
2. Prepare the wirings
Feed the supply wires through the opening of the junction box.
3. Mount the backplate
Remove the backplate using the screwdriver. Feed the supply wires through
the backplate. Then attach the backplate to the junction box using the
screws.
Location
The thermostat has a built-in sensor to detect room temperature and
humidity, for a better sensing result, it must be located about 1.5m (5ft.)
above the floor.
The ideal location is where the thermostat is accessible, have a good air
circulation, reasonably lit and free from extremes of temperature and
draughts. Do not mount the thermostat on an outside wall, above a radiator
or in a location where it may be subjected to direct sunlight.
