6.2.3 Modifi cation of three-way
mixing valve
1. Loosen the sleeve (1) and the brass plug (3) with
the help of two spanners (size 36) and remove
them from the valve body (illustr. 17).
The sleeve (1), spindle of the mixing valve (2) and
brass plug (3) are dismantled now.
2. Turn the valve body by 180° (installation opening
on the left hand side).
3. Fit the sleeve (1), the spindle of the mixing valve
(2) and the brass plug (3) into the valve body
according to illustr. 19.

Do not use any greasing agents or oil for
the installation, as these can destroy the
seals and O-rings.
The O-rings are lubricated with special
grease at works.
4. Tighten the sleeve (1) and the brass plug (3) with
the help of two spanners (size 36) (torque of 30
Nm).
Possible damage to the O-rings!
NOTICE
•
During installation please ensure that neither
the sleeve nor the brass plug get jammed.
Be careful when mounting the components to
prevent damage to the O-rings or seals.
