INSTALLATION
STEP 1-SIDE SKI ASSEMBLY
1.Assemble the side ski

by inserting the protruding steel tongue at the front of the main
frame

through the square hole at the top of the side ski. (See figure. 1)
2.Fasten the side ski by fastening the side ski bolts

assembly. Pass the side ski bolt from
the bottom of the side ski up through the frame. Then, place the locknut and tighten it secure-
ly using the flat wrench. (See figure.2)
3.Repeat step one and two for assembling the other side ski.
STEP 2-STEERING SHAFT AND FRONT SKI ASSEMBLY
4.Insert the Front Ski

into the Steering Shaft

with steering suspension housing
⑸
as
shown using the front ski bolt assembly

, the lock nut needs to be inserted into the fitted cut
away area. The front ski will lock the nut into position to easily tighten with the Allan key
provided. (Figure 3)
5.Insert the Steering Shaft with the front Ski into the front section of the steel frame as
shown. Once the steering shaft been inserted into the frame proceed with the steering wheel

. The lock nut needs to be inserted into the fitted cut away area, using the steering wheel
bolt assembly

align the holes and tighten the steering wheel as shown. (Note the shaft may
need to be turned slightly to ease the entry of the bolt). (Figure 4)
6.Hook the spring

to front ski and frame together.
