Troubleshooting Guide

Problem

Solution

If the screen does not show the APK

1. Go to explorer, click “Wing App“to run;
2. Restart by disconnecting the power and 
reconnecting power, the APK will run automatically.

If the screen is turned off

Restart by disconnecting the power and reconnecting 
power.

If the alarm doesnt turn on

1. Restart by disconnecting the power and reconnect 
power.
2. If this does not resolve the issue, go to the Settings 
section, find the alarm parameter, and turn on the 
alarm.
3. If this does not resolve the issue, call the Technical 
Support phone number or send your product back to 
OUTFORM.

If the LED light is turned off

Restart by disconnecting the power and reconnecting 
power.
