Single seat installation

1- Unpack and unroll the kayak on a flat surface, ensure the area is free of sharp 

objects that can damage the kayak. Included in the box: Kayak, 2 Fins, Pump, 

Deflation device, Foot Rest(s), Splash Covers and Backpack.

2- 

BEFORE 

inflating the Kayak, install the directional fins on the bottom of kayak 

as shown in illustration below.

3- 

BEFORE 

inflating the Kayak, install foot rest(s) inside the kayak as shown in 

illustration below.

4- Prepare Foot Pump by inserting the small Nozzle. Inflate the floor first. 

5- Remove small nozzle from foot pump and replace with large nozzle, inflate 

right and left chambers, 

DO NOT FULLY INFLATE, 

then place Splash Covers 

over the front and back of Kayak.

6- Attach each end of Splash Cover to the Kayak, fully inflate all chambers.

7- Open the bottom of the seat to expose the inlet, using the small nozzle on the 

pump inflate your seat.

8- Assemble Oar(s) as shown in illustration Now you are ready to enjoy your 

Outdoor Tuff Kayak.

Deflation

Unscrew the valve cap (A), assemble the inflation adaptor with inflating 

mouth B, air pressure meter and the air pump.

Caution: Do not over inflate, or use high-pressure pump.  The maximum 

pressure for all air chambers is 1.4 PSI (0.10bar). Over-inflation may 

cause the chambers to burst.

Inflation

Remove the valve cap A, push down the deflation button (C) and turn the valve 

clockwise by 90 degrees until it is locked. Release the valve and let the air flow out. If 

you want to stop deflation, push down on the button (C) and turn it counter-clockwise 

by 90 degrees.  Deflation will stop once the valve is released.
