Folding for Transport

To do this, hold the locking bushing with an open-end 13 mm wrench while loosening the nut
(M 10) with a second open-end 13 mm wrench. Turn catch plate and front wheel as necessary,
then snugly re-tighten the nut.
Swivel lock (Models from 02/2004):
To close the swivel lock, position the casters so they are pointing forward.
Now pull the swivel lock housing to the front until the housing encloses the cap nut (Fig. 3).
To open the swivel lock, slide the swivel lock housing away from the wheel until the cap nut
is free.
If necessary, the setting for straight-forward motion can be re-adjusted. To do this, loosen the
screw until the screw can be shifted in the slotted hole. Close the swivel lock, set the front wheel
so that it is positioned for straight-forward motion and slightly tighten the screw using an 10 mm
open-end wrench. Open the swivel lock, turn the wheel to the outside and firmly tighten the screw
with two 10 mm open-end wrenches (Fig. 4).

9 Folding for Transport
Before folding, please loosen the folding locks by pushing them from the stretched into a slightly
buckled position.
Now please proceed by carrying out the steps described in ”
Delivery / Preparing the Product
for Use
” in reverse order. The dimensions of the walker when folded can be reduced even more
by loosening the handle grips and folding them inwards.
Caution – Risk of injury:
While folding the walker, do not hold on to other parts than the ones
described, especially the folding mechanism.
