Attaching the seat upholstery
1) Lay the seat upholstery onto the frame tubes.
2) Install and tighten the Phillips head screws on each side (see fig. 37, item 1).
Removing the back support upholstery, standard
1) Pull the flap of the back support upholstery off the seat upholstery (see fig. 4).
2) Remove the Phillips head screws on both back support tubes (see fig. 38, item 1).
3) Open all hook-and-loop straps (see fig. 38, item 2).
4) Fold the wheelchair halfway and pull the back support upholstery up over the back support tubes and push
handles.
Attaching the back support upholstery, standard
1) Slide the back support upholstery down over the push handles and back support tubes.
2) Install and tighten the Phillips head screws on each side (see fig. 38, item 1).
3) Fasten the hook-and-loop straps (see fig. 38, item 2).
4) Attach the flap of the back support upholstery to the seat upholstery with the hook-and-loop fastener (see
fig. 4).

The seat cushion can be removed from the wheelchair for cleaning.

8.6 Side panels
CAUTION
Pinching at the side panels
Pinching, crushing due to lack of caution in danger areas

Pay attention not to pinch parts of your body between the side panel or frame parts.
The side panels protect the user and his/her clothing from getting dirty.
The installed armrests offer the user additional support for the forearms.
To make getting into the wheelchair easier and for transportation, the side panels can be folded down.
