Otto Bock HealthCare GmbH as manufacturer with sole responsibility declares that the light-
weight wheelchairs of the Start series conform to the requirements of the European Directive for
Medical Products 93/42 EEC.

Otto Bock HealthCare GmbH assumes liability only if the product‘s instructions for use, adjust-
ment and assembly instructions and regulations have been observed. It is therefore recommended
to use and maintain the product according to the instructions for use.
