6.3.4 Neck support
1) Determine the medically required position of the neck support.
2) Thread the loop straps of the neck support through the back support pad and the back support (see fig. 59;
see fig. 60, item 1).
3) Affix the hook straps for securing the loop straps on the back of the back support (see fig. 59).
4) Secure the neck support firmly with the hook-and-loop fastener (see fig. 61, item 1).

6.3.5 Lumbar support pad
1) Open the zip on the back support pad and move the back support pad to the front.
2) Determine the desired position of the lumbar support pad.
3) Affix the supplied hook-and-loop straps for securing the lumbar support pad on the back support (see fig. 62)
or use existing hook-and-loop straps.
4) Fasten the lumbar support pad with hook-and-loop.
5) Pull the top of the back support pad over the back support and close the zip.
