Mute: On

9.5 Mute mode (silent mode)
Activating mute mode (silent mode) turns off the audible feedback signals and the vibration sig
nals. However, warnings in case of component errors are still generated (see Page 93).
Mute mode can be activated/deactivated by using the Cockpit app or the remote control (optional
accessory).
INFORMATION
Connecting the battery charger automatically deactivates mute mode again.
9.5.1 Turning mute mode on/off using the Cockpit app
1) When the component is connected, tap the symbol in the main menu.

2) In the navigation menu, tap the entry "
Functions
".
3) Tap the entry "
Mute mode
".
4) Follow the on-screen instructions.
9.5.2 Turning mute mode on/off using the remote control
1) When a connection is established, use the , keys to select the "
Status
" menu option in
the main menu and confirm this with the key.
2) Use the , keys to select the
Mute
menu option. The current status is displayed.
3) By pressing the key, mute mode is either turned on (On) or turned off (Off).
4) To leave the menu without saving changes, use the
key to select the
symbol and
confirm this with the key.
9.6 Deep sleep mode
INFORMATION
When mute mode (silent mode) is activated, no beep and vibration signals are generated.
INFORMATION
If the
Volume
parameter is set to '0' in the Cockpit app or using the remote control, there are
no beep signals (see Page 76).
