3 Intended use
3.1 Indications for use
The waterproof orthotic joints made of plastic are to be used
exclusively
in
pairs for lower limb orthotic fittings in waterproof walking devices.
The waterproof walking aid is intended for use in wet areas, e.g. transfer
into a pool, and is not a replacement for the initial orthosis.
