Put the direct connect earhook on to the Harmony processor
by holding it in the correct alignment and then pushing it
firmly into place until a very small click is heard.

Connect the direct connect cable into the direct connect
earhook.
5)
Plug the other end of the direct connect cable into the audio
interface cable.
6)
Finally plug the other end of the audio interface cable into
the mono to stereo adapter.
7)
Ensure that the volume control on the Harmony and on the
receiver are set to the minimum setting.
8)
In this order:
-
turn on the FM transmitter
-
turn on the FM receiver
-
connect the battery to the Harmony processor thus
turning it on.
9)
Gradually increase the volume on the processor to the
everyday setting.
10)
Gradually increase the volume on the FM receiver to a
comfortable listening level.
11)
Complete a listening check.
Troubleshooting
A steady red light on the FM receiver indicates that it is working. A
flashing red light means the FM system is not working.
If the red LED light is not on or is flashing:
-
Check the power switch and batteries
-
Change the batteries in the processor (just in case the problem
is here)
-
Check the battery in the transmitter
-
Make sure that the receiver and transmitter are synchronized.
Try switching the processor on and off by lifting the battery lock and
then pushing it down again.
