Upgrade Software 

This procedure introduces how to upgrade Software. 

 

Prerequisite 

Before upgrading software, make sure that the upgrade file is ready. 

 

Steps 

1.  On the main page of the Speedport Entry 2i, select 

Management >  System 

Management > Software Upgrade 

to go to the 

Software Upgrade 

page.

2.  Click 

Browse 

to select the upgrade version  file. 

3.  Click 

Upgrade

 

 

 

 

The system prompts the upgrade progress. During the upgrade, do not  cut  off the 

power supply.  Otherwise, the device may be damaged. 

Generally,  the  software  is  upgraded  by  the  Remote Management Server.  If 

the user wants to upgrade the Firmware locally, obtain the latest Firmware  version 

from 

www.cosmote.gr

 website.
