TO USE THE ROTISSERIE FUNCTION (SEE FIG. 9)
1. Place the chicken, turkey or other food you want to cook on the
rotisserie spit. Use the two spit forks to hold the food in place
in the center of the spit. Use the two spit screws to tighten the
spit forks.
2. Use the handle tool to place the rotisserie spit on the spit
mounting brackets inside the oven.
3. After securely placing the rotisserie spit in place, remove the
handle tool and close the oven door.
4. Turn the function knob to the Rotisserie “
”
position. Only the top-heating element will operate.
(The heating element will cycle ON and OFF to maintain
temperature.)
5. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature.
6. Turn the timer knob to the desired time. The timer can be set
for up to 60 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, a bell
signal sounds and the oven turns off automatically.
7. When cooking is completed, open door fully and use the
handle tool to remove food carefully.
8. Place pan on lowest rack when the rotisserie function is in use
to prevent dripping of hot fluids and food into the oven for easier
clean up.
WARNING: The rotisserie-spit, spit forks, screws and cooked food can be very hot. Handle with
care. Do not leave toaster oven unattended.
POSITIONING RACKS
• To accommodate a wide variety of foods the oven has two rack positions. The rack can be
inserted in the oven in the upper or lower rack guides. The rack will fit into either of the rack
guides inside of the Toaster Oven.
(See Figure Below)
• Before removing the rack allow the unit to cool.
• To remove the rack, open the oven doors and pull the rack towards
the front of the oven. The rack will slide on the rack guides on the inside
of the oven.
PLEASE NOTE: the oven rack may tilt downward causing food to shift when the rack is pulled out,
proceed with caution.
• Positioning of the oven rack will depend on the size of the food and desired browning. Move
the rack to the lower rack position to prevent top browning and move the rack to the upper rack
position to prevent bottom burning.
• For best toasting results, position the rack in the upper rack guide.
