TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUTION
Before troubleshooting, disconnect the power source. Only a qualified electrician qualified
electrician should perform troubleshooting not covered in this manual.
IMPORTANT
There are some sounds during normal use (compressor, refrigerant circulation).
If the problems persist, you should contact the authorized service center.
PROBLEM
The unit
does not work
Food is too hot
POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
• The fuse may be blown or defective.
• It is not connected or has a loose connection.
• The plug is defective.
• The capacitor is inside the panel.
• Connect it to the power outlet.
• Check fuse, repair if necessary.
• Major malfunctions should be
resolved by an electrician.
• Review the cleaning section.
• Is normal.
The appliance
cools very much
• It is set to the coldest temperature.
• The unit is not level.
• The unit is in contact with other walls and
objects.
• A component, e.g. a pipe, on the back of the
appliance is touching another part of the
same appliance or wall.
• Seasonally, adjust the
temperature to a warmer one.
• Adjust the leveling feet.
• Move it slightly
• If necessary, move it carefully.
• The temperature is not set correctly.
• The door remained open for a long time
• Large quantities of food were stored within
the last 24 hrs.
• The device is located near a heat source.
• Check the initial temperature
setting section. Open the door
only when necessary. Adjust the
temperature setting to the
coldest setting temporarily.
• Review the installation and
location section.
