Before reapplying the brace and to ensure a proper fit, be sure the
compression system is stretched to its full width by pulling the ends
of the belt apart. Buckle(s) are attached once the brace is donned.
1.
For over shoulder or dual strap
configuration, pass left arm
under left shoulder strap
2.
The blue back panel should
be centered on the spine,
with the bottom just
below your hip bones.
3.
Closing the belt by using the
quick-fit pocket. Ensure that
the closures line up against
each other and do not overlap.
4.
Slide your thumbs through
the blue holes in the pulley
system handles, and pull
outward until the brace is at
the appropriate tightness.
Caution:
Do not over-tighten the
compression system to the point
where it causes discomfort or
difficulty breathing.
5.
Place the pulley system handles
on the front of the belt
6.
Attach strap buckle(s) on
right chest pad/pectoral pad

Detach chest strap buckle
2.
Detach compression system
handles and loosen. Affix them
onto the belt after loosening.
3.
Detach the overlap closure
and remove brace.
4.
Remove brace.
