DUAL FRONT COMPRESSION STRAPS

Dual front panel compression straps help stabilize loads. Loosen the front 
compression straps while packing, and pull the straps afterward to tighten.

REMOVABLE SLEEPING PAD STRAPS

70L / 65L 

Removable sleeping pad straps for external attachment.

A  Unthread the webbing from the triglide.
B  Unthread the webbing from the girth hitch attachment.
C  Reverse to reattach.

REMOVABLE DUAL ICE TOOL LOOPS WITH UPPER CORD ATTACHMENTS

Dual removable ice tool loops provide lightweight tool attachment. 

To remove the lower tool loops:

A  Untie the knot at the end of the cord loop
B  Remove the cord from the two small web loops

To attach tools:

A  Slide the tool shaft through the top of the ice tool loop and flip the shaft up  

 

 

toward the top of the pack.

B  Place the shaft between the upper cord loop and front compression flap, then   
 

thread the front compression strap buckle through the upper cord loop, clip the  

 

buckle, then tighten.

C  Reverse to remove.

REINFORCED CORD LOOPS TO ATTACH OSPREY DAYLITE DAYPACK OR ALPINE POCKET

Daylite/Alpine Pocket Attachment
The triglide sliders on the Daylite/ and the metal hooks on the Alpine pocket 
attach to the four cord loops located on the front panel of the Aether/Ariel Pro

A  To attach the Daylite/, push the slider through the cord loop from  

 

 

underneath and pull the side compression straps to tighten/adjust tension 

 

as needed.

B  To attach the Alpine Pocket, attach the four metal hooks to the web loops.
