Insert both Locking Casters (E) to front of Base (5) and both Casters (F) to rear of Base (5). Push hard until you feel or hear caster snap into place.
STEP 1
Secure Post (3) to Base (5) using two Flat Washers (B), two Lock Washers (C) and two Bolts (A).
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS (A) USING
WRENCH (D).
