10 Maintenance

Cleaning and Storage

Use a soV, wet cloth to wipe the mainframe clean. Dirt that is hard to remove can be scrubbed with a toothbrush and toothpaste,
then cleaned with a soV, wet cloth.

NOTE

Do not wash your Scooter with alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other corrosive/volaHle solvents. These substances may damage

the

appearance and internal structure of your Scooter. Do not wash your Scooter with a power

washer or hose.

WARNING

Make sure the Scooter is powered OFF, the power cord is unplugged, and the rubber cap on the charge port is Hghtly sealed before
cleaning; otherwise, you may damage the electronic components.

Store your Scooter in a cool, dry place. Do not store it outdoors for extended periods of Hme. Exposure to sunlight and
temperature extremes (both hot and cold) will accelerate the aging process of the plasHc components and may reduce ba-ery life.

Tire Pressure

Inflate Hres to 32-37 psi. Inflate both Hres equally.

Ba;ery Pack Maintenance

Do not store or charge the ba-ery at temperatures outside the stated limits (see SpecificaHons). Do not puncture the ba-ery, Refer
to your local laws and regulaHons regarding ba-ery recycling and/or disposal.

A well-maintained ba-ery can perform well even aVer many miles of riding. Charge the ba-ery aVer each ride and avoid draining
the ba-ery completely. When used at room temperature (70°F [22°C]) the ba-ery range and performance is at its best; whereas
using it at temperatures below 32°F (0°C) can decrease range and performance, Typically, at -4°F (-20°C) range can be half that of
the same ba-ery at 70°F (22°C). Ba-ery range will recover when temperature rises.

NOTE

Typically, a fully charged ba-ery should retain power for 120-180 days. A low-power ba-ery should retain power for 30-60 days.
Remember to charge the ba-ery aVer each use. Completely draining the ba-ery may cause permanent damage to the ba-ery,
Electronics inside the ba-ery record the charge-discharge condiHon of the ba-ery; damage caused by over-charging or under-
charging will not be covered by the Limited Warranty.

WARNING

Do not a-empt to disassemble the ba-ery. Do not touch ba-ery contacts. Do not dismantle or puncture the casing, Keep the
ba-ery contacts away from metal objects to prevent short circuit. Risk of fire and electric shock. No user serviceable parts. Do not
charge or use your ba-ery if it is damaged or see trace of water,

WARNING

Do not ride when the ambient temperature is outside the machine operaHon temperature (see SpecificaHons) because low/high
temperature will limit the maximum power/torque. Doing so could cause personal injury or property damage due to slips or falls.

9 Folding and Carrying

Turn off your scooter. Turn the
safety hook counterclockwise and
open the quick release lever,

Align the snap hook and the
