OSO stainless steel heaters are
guaranteed against material defects
or manufacturing faults for 10 years.
Electrical equipment and valves are
guaranteed for 2 years – scale
excepted. OSO will supply the dealer
with a new or repaired component,
freight paid, on condition that the
defective component is delivered,
freight paid, to OSO within 2 weeks.
The warranty is conditional on the directions
for use being followed and that:
1. Installation and service have been
carried out according to instructions and
regulations by authorised personnel,
and the heater filled with water before
turning on the electricity.
2. The new water heater is flushed through
with fresh water by opening a tap for at
least 15 minutes once a week or at least
once every 4 weeks if not in regular use.
3. If the water is hard the immersion heater
is not covered by the warranty. Its
expected life span can be extended if
the thermostat is set to maximum of
50°C or if a descaler unit is fitted on the
cold supply.
IMPORTANT
Fill before the power is connected.
Flush a newly filled water heater at least
once a week when not in use.
The thermostat is adjustable between
30°C and 60°C.

power first.
a) Drain and remove element for
cleaning tank and element.
b) Clean the threads and seal fully
before replacing the element.

Repairs
Authorised personnel and authentic
spare parts must be used.
WARNING
●
Fill water before the electric power
is turned on.
●
Disconnect the electric power
whenever the:
a) Top cover is removed.
b) Water supply is closed off.
c) Leaving for a week or more.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
1) Too little hotwater:
Turn up thermostat. Check if any taps
are dripping.
2) No hotwater:
Check power supply. Depress the
reset button and turn down
temperature by approx. 5°C.
