REPLACEMENT OF FILTER ELEMENT

When the service life of the filter element is down to 20%, the indicator light flashes orange, indicating 

that the filter element needs to be replaced.

Step 1

Insert the new filter element and turn 

clockwise to tighten it.

Press and hold “ RESET” button until “Filter Life” shown 

and release. Select “RESET” button again for 

corresponding filter to be reset. Press and hold “RESET” 

once more 3 seconds to complete resetting.

Turn the filter element counterclockwise to 

remove the filter.

Turn off the power and remove the old filter element.

Step 2

Installation of new filter element.

Unit cannot generate hot water

1. Check whether the power is on.

2. Thermostat protector faulty. Please contact service provider.

1. Check whether the filter element is not replaced or exceeded 

  service life.

2. Check whether the parts on the machine has been 

  dismantled by unauthorized personal.

3. Check whether the silicone seal ring is aged or damaged.

Check whether the filter element is too dirty or exceeded 

service life.

Reason

1. Check whether the raw water tank has water.

2. Check whether the filter element is too dirty or exceeded 

  service life.

The machine stops after 

producing water for 90min 

continuously and the water is 

not full.

Fault indicator goes on and 

displays “E1”.

Check for water leakage.

Use water at 4-38˚C.
