APPENDIX
7:
REMOVAL
INSTRUCTIONS
For
the
purpose
of
inspecting
the
insert
itself
or
the
fireplace,
your
insert
may
need
to
be
removed.
To
remove
your
insert
follow
these
instructions:
Remove
the
faceplate
assembly
(A)
using
the
reverse
steps
of
Appendix
3
.
If
installed,
take
‐
off
the
backing
plates
(B)
and
(C)
and
the
projection
kit
by
removing
the
front
screws
securing
them
to
the
insert.
Remove
the
screws
that
secure
the
chimney
liner
to
the
fixation
brackets
(E).
Unscrew
the
leveling
bolts
(F)
located
on
each
side
of
the
insert.
Pull
‐
out
the
insert
from
the
fireplace
opening
to
perform
the
maintenance
work.
