wheels. Clean and dry the wheelchair carefully, after they have been
exposed to these elements.

Not following these instructions may result in physical injury, damage to the
product or damage to the environment!
A notice to the user and/or patient that any serious incident that has occurred
in relation to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the
competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is
established.

Reporting a serious incident
In the event of a serious incident occurring as a direct consequence of using
this medical device, which either directly, or indirectly caused (a) the death
of the patient/user or another person, (b) the temporary or permanent serious
deterioration of the patient’s, user’s or other person’s state of health or (c)
a serious public health threat, please immediately report the incident by
contacting the authorised European Union representative, and the competent
authority within the member state in which the patient/user is established.
