2A- Hooks are designed to locked into place with included cotter pins at 3 different possible 90
degree orientations, either perpendicular to the van or parallel (right or left facing) to the van. To
change orientation, remove the cotter pin, loosen the hand screw* and rotate, then secure cotter
pin and tighten hand screw*.

* Periodically check hand screw as road vibrations can loosen it over time
