Installation Steps
1A - Loosely position 8020 crossbars to approximate
solar panel size.
2B - *Attach (4) Solar Brackets to each solar panel
using (4) 3/4" SCREWs, (4) 5/16” WASHERs, and (4)
5/16-18 NYLON LOCKNUTs. (Apply anti-seize)

3C - Place solar panel with attached Solar Brackets on
roof rack and position crossbars.

Roll (4) 5/16-18 T-NUTs into 8020 crossbars where
appropriate to line up with solar brackets mounting
holes (

5E - Insert 1/2" SCREWs through Solar Brackets into
5/16-18 T-NUTs and secure (Apply threadlock)
